release dates of TV series L'Art du crime

L'Art du crime is a French crime drama series that pairs two vastly different investigators in an unconventional partnership. Antoine Verlay is a pragmatic, no-nonsense police captain with little appreciation for culture, while Florence Chassagne is a brilliant but eccentric art history professor plagued by anxiety and vivid imaginary conversations with famous deceased artists like Caravaggio and Van Gogh. When crimes intersect with the art world—from forgeries and thefts to murders in museums—these mismatched partners must combine their expertise to solve cases. Antoine relies on traditional detective work and street smarts, while Florence decodes hidden meanings in paintings, artistic techniques, and historical context to uncover motives and identify criminals. Their clashing personalities and methods create both comedic tension and surprising synergy as they navigate Paris's art scene, from prestigious galleries to underground trafficking networks. The series blends police procedural elements with art history education, offering viewers intriguing mysteries while exploring masterpieces and the minds of legendary artists.
