release dates of TV show First Dates Ireland

First Dates Ireland brings the popular dating format to Irish shores, following singles as they navigate the nervous excitement of blind first dates. Set in a specially designed restaurant, the show pairs hopeful romantics from across Ireland who are looking for love, companionship, or simply a memorable evening. Maître d' Mateo Saina, originally from Croatia, leads the warm and welcoming front-of-house team including barman Ethan Miles and waitress Alice Marr, who guide diners through their experience while offering gentle encouragement and occasional comic relief. The restaurant's unobtrusive cameras capture genuine moments as strangers meet for the first time, sharing stories, laughter, awkward silences, and occasionally sparks of real connection. Participants range widely in age and background, from young twenty-somethings to those in their seventies, all united by the hope of finding someone special. The show celebrates the universal search for love while showcasing Irish charm, humor, and the authentic human connections that can bloom over dinner.
