The series explores themes of class divide, identity, friendship, and family bonds while delving into mysteries involving human trafficking and corruption. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Cape Town, the show balances dramatic thriller elements with authentic portrayals of teenage life, relationships, and the challenges of fitting into a world of privilege. Puleng's investigation leads her down increasingly dangerous paths as she attempts to uncover the truth.
